OUR NEW CONSTRUCTION WORK
Most of our new construction work is with general contractors, but we work directly with homeowners too. It starts with your plans. We review them and give your GC a price, or give you an estimate. Once the job is a go, we coordinate with the power company, set up temporary service, pull the electrical permits, and stay with the project through every inspection, from before the walls close to the final sign-off. Our biggest recent build was a 16,000-square-foot contemporary home on Mount Hope Bay. It was a three-year project with three pools and extensive outdoor lighting.

WHY BUILDERS TRUST WAYNE ELECTRIC
Builders count on us to keep their projects moving. We review your plans up front and give your general contractor a price, or give you a clear estimate if you’re building on your own. We pull the electrical permit, coordinate temporary service with the power company, and attend every inspection, from rough-in before the walls close to final sign-off. We’re experienced on large, complex builds, including a 16,000-square-foot waterfront home on Mount Hope Bay that took three years to complete.
